Boathouse

My wife and I had a magnificant stay at Oak Tree Lodge in the Boathouse villa. What a great little B&B in a quiet and very quaint part of the island. Close enough to everything, but away from the fray of some of the townships. The Boathouse villa had everything we needed and more. It is very well stocked and the breakfast materials provided a great breakfast at our convenience. Highly recommended staying here for those enjoying time on Phillips Island.

A great place with a great view. Positive: Oak Tree Lodge is in an excellent location. With a view out to the sea, it's a great place to watch the sun come up. The cottage is well presented and will impress anyone. We stayed in the Beach House. Facilities are excellent and kitchen is well stocked. Negative: There was nothing not to like. If you have a big car, just be careful when parking as it's a bit tight. But still plenty of room.

Positive: We absolutely loved our stay! The house is simply charming — cozy, beautifully decorated, and filled with thoughtful touches. Everything was spotless and perfectly arranged, with a super comfortable bed, a lovely fireplace, and a great shower. The breakfast was delicious, and the fridge was generously stocked with nice food. The coffee machine was a great bonus, too! The neighborhood felt safe and peaceful, making our stay wonderfully relaxing. We couldn’t recommend it more!
