Boathouse

If you want a place that's restful, peaceful, well-equipped and comfortable, this is it. All parts of the island are easily reachable and it's great at the end of the day to get back to somewhere that is in such a beautiful spot, particularly if you take the Boat House.

The Boathouse is very comfortable, well maintained, has character, and is spacious for 2 people, well equipped, and well stocked for breakfast on the first day. It is in a quiet location and is certainly in our opinion somewhere that can be recommended. The only slight downside is that there is nowhere to sit outside other than a shady bbq area, but made up for by the lounge area overlooking the sea. Somewhere we would stay again if in the area.

It was a good stay. Rhyll and the surrounding conservation parks were very pleasant. Positive: The view and the food provided for breakfast. Also very comfortable. Negative: The TV didn’t work and the Wi-Fi was slow and intermittent. We stopped using Wi-Fi.

My wife and I had a magnificant stay at Oak Tree Lodge in the Boathouse villa. What a great little B&B in a quiet and very quaint part of the island. Close enough to everything, but away from the fray of some of the townships. The Boathouse villa had everything we needed and more. It is very well stocked and the breakfast materials provided a great breakfast at our convenience. Highly recommended staying here for those enjoying time on Phillips Island.
